Liquid C2 has expanded its cybersecurity offerings by reselling KnowBe4 workforce security tools across Africa, addressing the human element of enterprise defense. Pan-African technology group Cassava Technologies announced the reseller agreement on 13 October 2026 in Johannesburg, South Africa, under which Liquid C2 will sell KnowBe4’s training and risk management software to enterprises throughout the continent.
The partnership integrates KnowBe4 into Liquid C2’s Secure360 security framework. Secure360, which Liquid C2 launched in Botswana in May, covers governance, protection, detection, and response. KnowBe4 adds capabilities for identifying and mitigating risks originating from staff rather than infrastructure.
The KnowBe4 platform includes phishing simulations, email security, and collaboration protection, supported by Artificial Intelligence Defence Agents (AIDA). The company states that more than 70,000 organizations globally utilize its platform.
This collaboration extends Secure360 to cover the human risks that systems often miss. While Secure360 addresses technical vulnerabilities, KnowBe4 focuses on the behavioral weaknesses that allow attackers to bypass defenses. By combining technical controls with staff awareness, organizations can address both external threats and internal errors that often lead to breaches.
Liquid C2 indicated the service will be available to small, mid-sized, and large enterprises across Africa, with specialized support for regulated sectors like finance, telecommunications, and government. Customers will receive local billing, regional support, onboarding assistance, and industry-specific compliance guidance.
KnowBe4 will also be bundled with other Liquid C2 services, including managed cybersecurity within its Governance, Risk and Compliance offering. This allows clients to incorporate the tools into existing security environments without managing separate vendors.
“Employees need the skills and awareness to spot threats early, and by working with KnowBe4, we are strengthening the human side of our cybersecurity services,” said Vinay Hiralall, chief commercial officer at Liquid C2. “Cybersecurity is no longer just a compliance exercise, it is a business continuity imperative.”
“We look forward to working with Liquid C2 to deliver KnowBe4’s platform to even more organisations across Africa,” said Kurt Mills, senior vice-president of global channel at KnowBe4. He stated the goal is to help customers “build a security-conscious culture and significantly reduce their human and agentic AI-related security risks.”
Liquid C2 did not disclose pricing or identify the specific markets where the KnowBe4 services will launch.
